To me, mint seems like a Christmas flavor. This would make a super quick neighbor gift. There are only three ingredients. The only thing I would do different is to make a double batch. With six people in our family it didn't last us very long at all.

Muddy Buddies with a mint twist.
ingredients:
- 1 c. mint chocolate chips
- 5 c. chex
- 1 c. powdered sugar
instructions:
How to cook Mint Muddy Buddies
- Melt the chocolate in the microwave for 1 -2 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds until melted.
- Pour chocolate over chex mix and stir well.
- Place powdered sugar in a large zip top bag.
- Add chex mixture to bag, zip closed and shake until it's all coated with powdered sugar.
