Button Pillow Tutorial

This button pillow was really easy, although a little time consuming.

I started by cutting out two pieces of fabric 14" X 14". Then I searched the internet for a letter N for our last name. When I found one I liked, I traced it from the computer screen onto a piece of paper, then cut it out.

I traced the N onto the fabric, then it was just a matter of placing and gluing all the buttons. I worked a section at a time, placing the buttons how I wanted them. Then I would pick up each button, add a bit of hot glue and stick it back in place. Once I had all the buttons glued on, I sewed the two pieces of fabric with right sides together, leaving an opening for turning. Then fill with fiberfill and stitch closed the opening.

It took at least an hour to get all the buttons placed and glued. I love how it turned out.
