Dinner Menu Plan for 4 weeks - January

Today I want to start something new. I'm going to share my monthly meal plan. It's something I always do, but haven't shared much about on the blog. Honestly, I don't know how I'd get dinner on the table if I didn't plan it ahead of time. There's always so much homework and activities going on in the afternoon. It's the most stressful and busy part of my day. Anyone else feel that way? Adding the stress of trying to figure out dinner is not helpful and it makes me crabby. Trying to figure out what to make when it's already 5:00 is something I try to avoid at all costs.

So I plan for dinner ahead of time. Since I know what dinner is going to be, I can thaw meat, prep veggies, or start the crockpot earlier in the day. When it comes time to make dinner it comes together easily.

4 Week Dinner Menu Plan

Today I'm sharing my 4 week dinner menu plan. Use it as you like. You can follow it exactly, you can switch it around, you can pick and choose which recipes to use. Be flexible and find a way to make meal planning work for you. I'll continue to share my menu plans throughout the year. I will include links to the blogs I found the recipe on, or for those that are my own, but I haven't blogged about, I'll create link to a printable recipe.

Please keep in mind that I have the main dish, but you will need to add a side dish vegetable to many of the meals.
