Felt Valentine Heart Pockets - an easy diy gift idea

These heart Valentine pockets are easy to make, inexpensive and so darn cute! If you need a quick and easy gift idea, this is the project for you.

Place a note and a treat inside the pouch and give it to your favorite Valentine.

Felt Valentine Heart Pockets

Each year, I try to make something simple to give my kids for Valentine's Day. This year I came across these super cute felt heart cutouts at the dollar store and this idea was born.

How to Make Valentine Heart Pockets

These are really easy to make. {see the video below!}

Begin at the bottom of the heart and weave the ribbon through the holes until you reach the top of the heart.

Then leaving some ribbon for the handle, start weaving down the other side.

Once you reach the bottom of the heart, tie the two ends together.

Then tuck the ends through a hole to the inside of the pocket.

Add some treats and a note.
