Today I have a super yummy recipe for you. Pumpkin Gooey Butter Cake courtesy of Paula Deen.

I would rather have this than pumpkin pie. I LOVE it.
Here's the step by step:
Dump cake mix, egg and butter in a bowl.
Mix until combined.
Press into bottom of a greased 9x13 pan.
Now to make the filling combine cream cheese and pumpkin.
Add eggs, vanilla, and butter.
Mix to combine.
Add powdered sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg.
Mix well.
Pour on top of cake mixture.
Bake at 350 for 40-50 minutes. Center should be slightly gooey.

I have had this recipe on file for a long time, since I love Paula Deen. I am super excited to have been in one of her cookbooks. I still need to try this one though. Thanks for sharing at Bacon Time. Great pics.
